Team Coach Training 

This program is intended for coaches who have not previously attended Results training.

The program consists of

• one day introductory face-to-face session focusing on Results brain based coaching methodology (in Finnish)
• actual Team Coach Training including 2 teleclasses and a two day face-to-face session (in English)

Prerequisites

Solid understanding of coaching (e.g. an accredited coach training) and some practical coaching experience. Reading David Rock's books Quiet Leadership and Your Brain at Work, which are included in the training package.

Dates and venue

• 1 teleclass November 14 at 5-6.30 pm (Helsinki)
• 1 day introductory face-to-face session November 21
• 2 days team coach training face-to-face session November 28-29
• 1 teleclass December 12 at 5-6.30 pm (Helsinki)

Training venue is located in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Richard Bentley (PCC) from Results UK and Eeva-Maria Kytönen (ACC) and Arto Miekkavaara from Results Finland.

Investment and payment options

1.790 € + vat 23%

Registration is confirmed by paying the registration fee 25 percent. Enrollments no later than October 31, 2011.

Payment options:

• 25 percent at the registration, 75 percent two weeks before the beginning of the program
• 25 percent at the registration, 75 percent in three monthly installments during the program (invoicing fee of 18€ (+ vat) / invoice will be added)
