Team Coach Training - expand your coaching skills to working with groups and teams
Team Coach Training takes the Results brain-based coaching models and applies them to the context of teams. The curriculum covers what makes teams successful, the stages teams go through as they develop, and how to translate one-on-one coaching to a team using the CO-CREATE model.
Team Coach Training is available only for coaches that have already been trained by Results.
The program contains both theoretical and practical work, as well as a focus on experiencing first hand what it is like to coach, and be coached, in a team environment. It is very rich in tools that participants can start to use immediately.
