When you participate in Results Certificate of Coaching Skills you will get

• proven coaching methods and hands-on coaching skills, which enable you to succeed in even the most challenging assignments
• tools and support, which help you to run both individual coaching sessions and full coaching series successfully

• a membership in the competent, active and easy-going Results community, both in Finland and globally
• the 500 paged participant manual with all the core models, theories and tools, which you can use time after time to draw new ideas from after you have gained more practical experience
• written feedback for two recorded coaching conversations
• a coaching assessment with a Results assessor, including both oral and written feedback
• Results Certificate of Coaching Skills certificate
• 68 hours of ICF-accredited coach training hours, which equals to the training requirements of e.g. ICF's ACC certification. These hours can be used for any level of ICF certification (ACC, PCC, MCC) or for renewing an existing certification

The program consists of two modules

Intensive Coach Training (5 face-to-face days and 5 HIVE sessions): You will learn the basics of brain-based coaching including all the core models and methods. You will also learn how to speak like a coach and how to facilitate both individual coaching conversations and a whole coaching process.

Coach's Toolkit (4 HIVE sessions and 1 face-to-face day): You will deepen your practical coaching skills and learn how to use multiple tools that have been proven to work and can be used in many different kinds of coaching situations.

HIVE stands for High Impact Virtual Experience, which is a 90 minute telesession that is run by our trainers over the phone.

In addition to f2f days and HIVE sessions, we recommend you to allocate 2-3 hours to self-studying and paired homework each week between sessions.

The training is in English, but the program will give you full competency to coach both in English and in Finnish. All the practical tools needed in coaching work are available also in Finnish.

All HIVE telesessions at 2-3.30pm (Helsinki).

In addition, we recommend that you allocate 2-3h per week for self-study and paired coaching practice.

Venue

Out training venue is located in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, Hotel Radisson BLU Seaside.

Facilitators

Trainers are Rachel Bamber, PCC (Intensive Coach Training) and Helen Blässar, ACC (Intensive Coach Training, Coach's Toolkit).

Investment

Early bird: 4.450€ + vat 24%, when you enrol October 24, 2012 at the latest. Five first enrolled receive David Rock's book Your Brain at Work.

Normal price: 4.850€ + vat 24%, when you enrol October 25, 2012 or later.

Enrolments no later than December 26, 2012. Paying the 25 percent registration fee will confirm your participation on the program. Registration is binding.

• 25 percent at the registration, the rest at the beginning of the program
• 25 percent at the registration, the rest in five monthly installments during the program (invoicing fee of 18€ (vat 0) / invoice will be added)
